By accessing or using the RealGeeky website (realgeeky.ai) or any associated software (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by Pearl Street Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Description of Service

RealGeeky provides AI agent software designed to monitor, optimize, and manage homelab infrastructure. The software runs locally on your hardware and does not require a cloud connection to function.

Use of the Service

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the software
Not use the Service to manage infrastructure you do not own or have authorization to manage
Not redistribute the software without written permission

Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with RealGeeky are the property of Pearl Street Ventures LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software as intended.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearl Street Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or infrastructure damage.

RealGeeky agents perform automated actions on your infrastructure. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving agent configurations and ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pearl Street Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
